Luski Puti started as a passion project in town of Vela Luka on the island of Korcula, Croatia. Love of nature and related activities such as hiking, trekking, cycling and kayaking, grew into a dedicated tour company. Goal is to share the beauty of the Korcula island to all interested and ready to explore known and unknown paths.
I started the branding process with the logo brainstorming. For the logo I used the iconic sunset vista over the Vela Luka bay. Taking into account the profile of the type of people who are most likely to look for active vacation options, and are more outdoorsy the nature aspect of the company image made perfect sense. Shaping the logo as and emblem and almost as a stitch-on patch, also played nicely into the outdoor “vibe”.
The deep blue color scheme also reflects the look of beautiful deep blue Adriatic sea surrounding Korcula island.
To achieve their goals they also, obviously, needed a nice, informative, and compelling website. Website is easy to navigate, and tells a clear and concise story. User is seamlessly navigated through the entire site showing all the necessary information without it being overwhelming. The user experience ends on a clear pricing page and an easy way to choose and book a desired tour.
